Biography
Michelle Blair
Michelle Casey Blair is co-founder, with her husband, Tom Blair, of Safety4Kids, an integrated media company devoted to safety education for children. In addition to their ground-breaking and Emmy award winning public television show, SeeMore’s Playhouse, Blair spends her time managing the myriad projects and initiatives that support the show and the company. This includes Blair’s work for The National Task Force on Children’s Safety, which recently held its inaugural roundtable on Capitol Hill and which has full support from lawmakers on both sides of the aisle. The Task Force is working hard to impact legislation and make safety education a part of every child’s formative educational experience.
When she’s not working on these projects, Blair volunteers her time with the Greenwich Historical Society, The Bartlett Arboretum, and TOUCH, a foundation addressing the global health care crisis. Blair also sits on the board of SACEC, the Sexual Assault Crisis and Education Center of Fairfield County.
Blair received her B.S. from the University of Connecticut.
