Because on the day when a family is moving and materials like drain cleaners that are normally kept in a safe place are suddenly put out on the counter and the parents are distracted because they are trying to get the stuff on to the moving truck and nobody is watching the children. That's the day when the child who is normally well protected against household cleaners, can swallow the drain cleaner, can swallow the furnish polish. So my advice to parents is the day or two days before moving day, take any hazardous products in your home, hazardous cleaning products, pesticides, any other hazardous materials, put them in a lock box, put them in a safe place like the trunk of the car, so that the child won't have contact with them during the move.
