100 Worst Cities for Fall Allergies

Oct. 2, 2009 -- McAllen, Texas, is the worst city in the U.S. this year for fall allergies, according to the new list of "fall allergy capitals" selected by the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America.

Cities are ranked based on four factors: prevalence data, seasonal pollen, allergy medicine use per patient, and the number of board-certified allergists per patient.
