Avi Sadeh, DSc

Avi Sadeh, DSc, is senior lecturer, director of the Laboratory for Children's Sleep and Arousal Disorders, and chairman of the clinical child psychology graduate program at Tel Aviv University in Israel.

Sadeh has published dozens of scientific papers on children's sleep. He has collaborated with the leading researchers and clinicians in the U.S., and directs a pediatric sleep Internet discussion group, where more than 300 members -- top professionals around the world -- consult each other on clinical and research issues. Sadeh has a bachelor's and a master's in psychology from Haifa University in Israel, and a doctor of science in medicine from Technion University, also in Israel. Licensed as a clinical psychologist in Israel, Sadeh has treated more than 700 infants with sleep problems.
