Gestational Diabetes -- Symptoms

What Are the Symptoms of Gestational Diabetes?

Women with gestational diabetes usually have no symptoms. Most women learn they have gestational diabetes during routine pregnancy screenings. Very rarely, especially if the diabetes is out of control, you may notice:

  • Feeling more thirsty
  • Feeling more hungry and eating more
  • A need to urinate more
