During your 1st trimester, you may:

  • Have nausea or vomiting
  • Have swollen, tender breasts
  • Notice darker skin on your nipples
  • Feel bloated
  • Start to have food cravings
  • Notice an increased sense of smell
  • Feel exhausted
  • Have more urinary tract infections (UTIs)
  • Develop heartburn
  • Have oily skin or acne
  • Notice your hair and nails are growing faster
  • Have a bluish tint on your vulva
  • Feel moody
  • Develop constipation
  • Need to pee more often
  • Have bleeding or swollen gums
  • Notice darker skin on your cheeks and nose, and around your eyes
  • Learn you're having twins
  • Gain up to 10 lbs.
