  • Normal AFP, any hCG, any LDH

  • Mediastinal primary


  • Nonpulmonary visceral metastases


  • Poor markers - any of:
    • AFP greater than 10,000 ng/mL


    • hCG greater than 50,000 iu/L (1,000 ng/mL)


    • LDH greater than 10 × upper limit of normal

16% of nonseminomas

No patients are classified as poor prognosis.
