Added text to state that in a second study, patients were identified in a SEER database and at median follow-up of 64 months, radiation therapy did not appear to increase the risk of cardiac mortality or secondary malignancy, nor did routine use of postoperative radiation therapy appear to improve long-term survival (cited Fernandes et al. as reference 20).
