Clare A. Martorana
Clare A. Martorana oversees the WebMD web site including its content, community, services, products, policies, design, and production. Martorana is charged with ensuring that both the millions of people who visit the web site daily and the sponsors who want to reach those people are continuously satisfied and delighted.
Before joining WebMD, Martorana served as chief operating officer at Oncology.com. Her responsibilities included the development of partnerships and clients, as well as identifying and resolving finance, IT, and operations issues.
Her previous experience includes the positions of vice president and executive producer at CBSHealthWatch by Medscape. While at Medscape she was charged with developing CBSHealthWatch radio and broadcast programming as well as special projects for CBS.
Martorana also worked as an independent film producer at SDR Films in New York where she produced numerous feature films and documentaries.
