Flu jab: Vaccination begins
For only the fourth time in 25 years the composition of this season's flu vaccine remains the same

Annual flu jab campaign continued...
The annual seasonal flu immunisation campaign aims to encourage take-up of the vaccine by everyone aged 65 or over, people who live in residential or nursing home, people who are carers and pregnant women.
The flu jab is free to those at higher risk. Other people who are not in an at-risk group may also receive it through occupational health schemes or they may choose to pay for it. According to the HPA there are a number of outlets which administer the jab including supermarkets and pharmacies.
