| Concerned about prostate cancer? It is the most common cancer in men after all. No single change in your diet is going to work a miracle. But one food may be particularly helpful. That food? The simple tomato. It's full of lycopene, a substance with anti-cancer effects. Watermelons and pink grapefruits also carry lycopene. Tomatoes, however, are a particularly rich source -- if they're cooked. Tomato sauce and tomato paste are rich sources of lycopene. So is ketchup, although it's also full of fattening sweeteners. | ||
