WebMD's editorial staff tasted a sampling of the latest low-carb and low-fat ice creams and frozen desserts available at grocery stores and soft-serve shops. Each tester rated them on a scale of 1 to 5: 1 represents "I'd rather skip dessert" and 5 represents "outstanding."
