The Cabbage Soup Diet

(continued)

Expert Advice continued...

If you decide to try it anyway, check with your doctor first. Some people have reported feeling lightheaded while on the plan.

You will lose weight on the Cabbage Soup Diet, but you should expect those pounds to return, because it's a quick fix that doesn't last.

My advice: Don't settle for this. You deserve long-term results. That's about changing how you eat, how active you are, and how you relate to food, not just as fuel but emotionally, too. Don't hesitate to ask for help from your health care provider, dietitian, counselor, or certified fitness trainer.
