Precaution: LIMITED DATA SUGGEST INCREASED DROWSINESS, AND IRRITABILITY

An adult over 60:

Precaution: (SOM)(BEERS) STRONG ANTICHOLIN.CAUT. W/BPH; MAX.25MG/DAY

Precaution: (SOM)STRICT ADHERENCE TO MAXIMUM DAILY DOSE (3000MG) ADVISED.

Giving Severe Allergy to a child under 12:

Warning: USE WEIGHT BASED DOSING IN CHILDREN LESS THAN 12 YRS.

Absolute Contraindication: POSSIBLE CNS EXCITATION, CONVULSIONS IN NEWBORNS.

Relative Contraindication: USE WITH CAUTION. CNS RISK OF SEDATION OR PARADOXICAL EXCITATION.

Warning: MONITOR FOR ADVERSE CNS EFFECTS, SEDATION OR PARADOXICAL EXCITATION.
