Precaution: MAY CAUSE SENSITIZATION, DIARRHEA OR RASH IN NURSING INFANT.

Precaution: INSUFFICIENT DATA AVAILABLE; LOW LEVELS EXCRETED INTO BREAST MILK

Precaution: LOW AMOUNT EXCRETED UNLIKELY TO AFFECT NURSING INFANT;MONITOR FOR DIARRHEA

An adult over 60:

Precaution: MAY NEED TO ADJUST DOSAGE FOR RENAL IMPAIRMENT.

Precaution: DOSAGE ADJUSTMENT FOR SEVERE RENAL IMPAIRMENT; QT PROLONGATION RISK.

Precaution: FRACTURE RISK W/ HIGH DOSE OR PROLONG. USE >1 YEAR. C.DIFFICILE RISK
