management or monitoring precaution: Increased risk of musculoskeletal disorder, tendinopathy. Risk-benefit appropriate only for inhalational anthrax and plague. Safety not established for treatment duration >14 days.
Contraindication: No safety data age < 6 months. Increased risk of musculoskeletal disorders. Joint lesions observed in animal studies.
