Increased Cardiovascular Event Risk, More Rapid Tumor Growth, High Blood Pressure, Severe Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure, Heart Attack, Disease of the Arteries of the Heart, Blood Clot in Lung, Suddenly Serious Symptoms of Heart Failure, Stroke, Obstruction of a Blood Vessel by a Blood Clot, Blood Clot in a Deep Vein, Seizures, Blood Clot of Vascular Access Device, Inadequate Folic Acid, Inadequate Vitamin B12, Porphyria, Anemia from Inadequate Iron, Constitutional Aplastic Anemia
