Neuro/Psych-Use caution in elderly with a history of recurrent falls. Drug may produce somnolence, ataxia, impaired psychomotor function, syncope, and additional falls. Monitor fluid and nutritional intake and avoid dehydration. Musculoskeletal-Postmarketing reports of fractures, decreased bone mineral density, osteopenia, osteoporosis.
