Ventricular Fibrillation, Heart Disease, Long-Term Kidney Problems, Kidney Stone, Kidney Disease, Poisoning by the Heart Medication Digitalis, Sarcoidosis, High Amount of Calcium in Urine, High Amount of Calcium in the Blood

Allergies:

PROTEIN SUBSTANCE (INC AMINO ACIDS) CALCIUM (DO NOT USE, NOT SCREENED) DEXTROSE
