Endocrine-May exacerbate or cause SIADH or hyponatremia. Monitor sodium level closely when starting or changing dosages in older adults.

Severe Precaution: Possible increased suicidal ideation and attempt, decreased appetite and weight loss. No safety and efficacy age < 12 years.
