An adult over 60:

Precaution: (SOM)RISKS:HYPOTENSION/RESP.DEPRESS/URINARY RET./CONFUSION/CONSTIP.

Precaution: (SOM)(BEERS) RISK OF SERIOUS/FATAL GI BLEED,ULCER; CV/RENAL ADV.EFX
