management or monitoring precaution: Neuro/Psych-Sedation and fall risk. Generally preferred over long half-life benzodiazepines. If used, limit dose to 30mg/day.
Giving Serax tablet to a child under 12:
Severe Precaution: Increased CNS effects (prolonged in neonates).
