Hepatosplenic T-cell Lymphoma, Infection caused by Bacteria, A Blood Clot in a Vein of the Liver, Infection caused by a Virus, Acute Inflammation of the Pancreas, Abnormal Liver Function Tests, Pregnancy, Infection caused by a Fungus, Infection caused by a Protozoa Organism, Malignant Lymphoma, Moderate to Severe Kidney Impairment, Decreased Function of Bone Marrow, Severe Anemia, Decreased Blood Platelets, Severe Decrease in White Blood Cells, Thiopurine S-Methyltransferase Deficiency
