Conditions:

Alcohol Intoxication, Misuse or Excessive Use of Drugs, Depression, Wide-Angle Glaucoma, Closed Angle Glaucoma, Severe Chronic Obstructed Lung Disease, Chronic Lung Disease, Liver Problems, Severe Liver Disease, Serious Kidney Problems, Feeling Faint, Temporarily Stops Breathing While Sleeping, Pregnancy, Low Amount of Albumin Proteins in the Blood, Impaired Brain Function due to Liver Disease, Having Thoughts of Suicide

Allergies:

(DO NOT USE, NOT SCREENED) CORN CONTAINING PRODUCT (DO NOT USE, NOT SCREENED) DEXTROSE BENZODIAZEPINES
