How the interaction occurs:

Atropine may prevent beginning signs of ambenonium overdose. These signs include increased saliva, stomach pain, diarrhea, and nausea.

What might happen:

The initial signs of overdose may be hidden by the atropine. Later signs of overdose include muscle twitching or paralysis.

What you should do about this interaction:

Let your healthcare professionals (e.g. doctor or pharmacist) know right away that you are taking these medicines together. Let your doctor know right away of you have any muscle twitching or paralysis.Your healthcare professionals may already be aware of this interaction and may be monitoring you for it.
