What might happen:
If you take aspirin at the same time as your tiludronate disodium, the amount of tiludronate disodium in your blood may decrease and it may not work as well.If you take indomethacin the same time as your tiludronate disodium, the amount of tiludronate disodium in your blood may increase and cause more side effects than usual.
What you should do about this interaction:
Let your healthcare professionals (e.g. doctor or pharmacist) know that you are taking these medicines together. Do not take aspirin or indomethacin within 2 hours of your tiludronate disodium. If you have questions about the timing of doses of your medicine, contact your healthcare professional.Your healthcare professionals may already be aware of this interaction and may be monitoring you for it.
