How the interaction occurs:
When these two medicines are taken together, your body may not process tolbutamide properly.
What might happen:
Your blood sugar may decrease to undesired levels.

If you experience a sudden onset of a cold sweat, dizziness, fatigue, shakiness, rapid heartbeat, nausea, vision changes, confusion, personality change, nervousness, hunger, or sweating, contact your doctor.Your healthcare professionals (e.g. doctor or pharmacist) may already be aware of this drug interaction and may be monitoring you for it. If your doctor prescribes these two medicines together, you may need to check your blood sugar levels more often.
