How the interaction occurs:

Medicines that decrease the amount of acid in your stomach may prevent your body from absorbing ulipristal.

What might happen:

Ulipristal may not be as effective if you are taking medicines such as antacids, H2 antagonists, or proton pump inhibitors.

Make sure your healthcare professionals (e.g. doctor or pharmacist) know that you are taking these medicines together.
