Lung Transplant, Epileptic Seizure, Lower Seizure Threshold, Numbness, Tingling or Pain of Hands or Feet, Myasthenia Gravis, Heart Transplant, Very Rapid Heartbeat - Torsades de Pointes, Prolonged Q-T Interval on EKG, Abnormal EKG with QT changes from Birth, Severe Liver Disease, Kidney Transplant, Severe Bloody Diarrhea from Antibiotics, Inflammation of the Tendon, Extreme Loss of Body Water, Low Amount of Potassium in the Blood, Moderate to Severe Kidney Impairment
