Cinacalcet may slow down how quickly your liver processes desipramine.

What might happen:

The amount of desipramine in your blood may increase and result in an increase in sides effects like nausea and headache.

Let your doctor know if you have any symptoms nausea or headache.Your healthcare professionals may already be aware of this interaction and may be monitoring you for it.
