Your blood levels of hydralazine may decrease. Also, the beneficial blood pressure lowering effect may decrease.

Always take this medicine with meals or always take it on an empty stomach (one hour before or two hours after food). Tell your healthcare professional (e.g., doctor or pharmacist) immediately if you develop headaches.
