Conditions:

Epileptic Seizure, Brain Injury, Dysgammaglobulinemia, Primary Immune Deficiency Disorder, Hypogammaglobulinemia, Spread of Malignant Cancer to the Bone Marrow, Spread of Malignant Cancer to the Lymph Nodes, HIV, Seizures associated with Fever, Body Temperature More Than 101 Degrees F, Pregnancy, A Mother who is Producing Milk and Breastfeeding, Active Tuberculosis that has Not Been Treated, Malignant Lymphoma, Leukemia, Condition Resulting from a Defective Immune System, Malignancy of Bone Marrow Cells, Decreased Blood Platelets

Allergies:
