Tried this while on vacation for pain, burning and frequent urination due to a probable UTI. It was a MIRACLE for me!! Within an hour of the first dose I was urinating normally, without any pain and no longer felt a frequent urge to urinate. It was amazing! I had read these reviews including the one that said you need a medication with phenazopyridine, but my daughter in law told me to try Cystex. I did, and it worked!! This was one of the worst UTI's I ever had. Cystex took care of my urgency and discomfort in just under one hour like most of the other reviews had stated. Thank God.
