Comment:
Unacceptable side effects included extreme fatigue and confusion on only 20 mg/day. I could not drive safely. I spent all my time looking for lost items such as agenda, keys, phone, mind, sense of self. Also joint pain, depression. I prefer to treat migraines as they occur with triptan drugs rather than have these side effects 24/7.

I'm reviewing to test this system. I see that manufacturer PR agents can post positive reviews so I take good reviews w/ a grain o' salt. People have no incentive to post bad reviews. I appreciate the reviews. DO NOT STOP TAKING IT COLD TURKEY. IF YOU GO OFF IT, WEAN YOURSELF OFF GRADUALLY. I've only been on it 3 days, starting w/ 20 mg/day. After trying Neurontin and Topamax with too many side effects, my doctor suggested Inderal/propranolol. This has been the most effective medication to prevent migraines. I have gone as long as 5 months without a headache ! For some reason, I have had migraines lasting 2 days to get better than worse a few times last month and the month before. Helped reduce number of migraines, but blood pressure and pulse dropped and was always tired. Trying a lowerdose
