My son started having very frightening, obsessive, thoughts last year when he was eight years old. He couldn't stop the thoughts and at times he was terrified. He started on a low does of fluvoxamine and slowly ramped up until the thoughts were completely gone. I wouldn't call what I had OCD exactly, but it was a form of depression in which, as stress levels rose, my irritability increased. When I found mysel thinking all negative thoughts, many of them angry thoughts, I knew it was time for another round of clonidine. Comment:
No it does not eliminate all obsessions and anxiety, but I look at my life before 1995, before I started taking fluvoxzamine, and the last 14 1/2 years. I must say I really started living in 1995. Things have been particularly good lately.
