Although it helped me get a better night's sleep (after dealing with an UNBELIEVABLY dry mouth for a couple of hours after taking), it left me with hangover effects the next full day. Felt like I was in a stupor, was uncoordinated, not alert at all, had bad headaches, felt generally miserable to the point that the after-effects were worse than the condition being treated. My mind was foggy until 2:00 pm every day after taking a 50 mg does at 9:00 pm every night. Helped me get to sleep fast but didn't stay asleep more than 4 hours. Caused a little dry mouth as well.

This works for me! The only draw back is increased dry mouth. This is great for sleep because it is non-habit forming and can actually help to restore your REM cycles!
