my dr. suddenly stopped refilling my trazadone and i was off of them for over a week, then i had to reduce the amount i was used to, now i have heavy depression and anxiety and have awful muscle cramps, is this withdrawel..I was taking the maximum dose 300 mg a night , now i take 150 a night it's the only antidepressant i can take

I've been on this 2 months,by itself it cannot really cure sleep problems, however along w/ the practice of yoga and worrying less about my health, (which is not that bad)I've been sleeping a lot better. My opinion is, it takes meds as well as relaxation techniques to get better sleep

Works great for me. I now fall asleep within 30 - 45 minutes of taking it and do not feel any effects in the morning except being more rested.

I took Trazodone to help with my insomnia. I only took it 1 time. The night was HORRIBLE!! I didn't fall asleep until 12:30am, only to awake at 1:30 with a massive headache! The stuffy nose was unbearable and I had severe nightmares all night. I awoke the next morning with the huge headache only to have it the rest of the day with horrible nausea.
