Comment:
I find that the Trazodone does not work every night for sleep problems. It works some nights but not well on other nights. It also has caused me to have nasal congestion and hair loss which I have read is a rare side effect of the drug. Overall I don't feel it works well for sleep problems.

Taking 50-100mg of Trazodone to fall asleep and stay asleep. Prviously only getting 4-5 hours of sleep nightly which is unacceptable. Works very well for me with only occasional relapses during periods of heavy stress. No problem with side effects.

Side effects incl severe dry mouth, indigestion, muscle aches, weight gain with severe all-over-body swelling - worst is in legs/ankles/feet - I've never had CANKLES before this! Also headache, blurred vision and lack of coordination plus some dizziness; worse in morning when it is hard to get up. Positive is that I can now fall asleep in less than an hour, sleep thru the night; prior average ni
