I have spondylolisthesis of my L4 over my L5 and Adult Degenerative Scoliosis. My dosage is 1000mg (2x500mg) every twelve hours. This combined with Diclofenac Sodium 75mg (every twelve hours), has completely discontinued all pain that I had. And I had been taking 800mg of Ibuprofen four times a day, which wasn't touching the pain. I have had no side effects other than occasional drowsine ... Show Full Comment

This drug makes my muscles warm and goes deeper into my muscles than flexeril. Very very inportant with muscle spasms and the knots and pain from them is to drink adequate water. I hope the person 30 yo man who says he is in horrible pain and it hurts to breathe. I believe hydrating yourself will do wonders. Comment:
1500 mg three times a day. Chronic lower lumbar muscle insufficiency resulting from childhood polio. It does not completely relieve pain but has greatly diminished nocturnal muscle spasms. It is consistently effective, and in my case, far better than other prescription muscle relaxants.

i don't know what the typical mlg.are but i am taking 750mlg 3 x's a day and it is absolutely unnoticable. muscles in my back are still hurting the same as before i took it.this medicine is a JOKE...

knocked my a-- out for 4 hours/per dose.. made me forget i even had pain.. i keep this stuff around but only taken if absolutely necessary!!
