    I have had Fribomyalgia and degenerative joint disease for 15 years. In those 15 years I have been tried on many many drugs to treat the vast problem resulting from the fibro. I live In chronic pain but try very hard to live and function as normal as possible. I have strange reactions to medication so I have to be careful and aware. Soma works very well for me.     I have been taking it for 10+ years for MS spasms in my legs. Works great.

    I have been on extremely strong muscle relaxers for the last 15 yrs or so and this is the ONLY one that has even come close to helping me. I take the generic form and sometimes it does make me feel tired but that is a small price to pay in my opinion for relief. No, it does not take away all my pain but then nothing does.     This is the ONLY muscle relaxer that is worth a damn, unless you want to take something that makes you lay flat on your back like flexeril and gives you cotton mouth like you drank too much. skelaxin - can you say USELESS and expensive on top of that.
