The ampules are easy to break open, but I have difficulty getting all the meds into the syringe. I take this medication at home, not at the office or clinic. I take it as needed, sometimes for several days and other times not for several months. I also have cardiospasm but haven't had any side effects.

used as a final attempt to not take narcotics, combined with some other non narcotic medications it has seemed to be enuf to not have to take narcotics, used for back pain
