Comment:
Has caused severe nausea. Have to eat almost constantly to fight nausea. Gaining weight. Depression seems worse. Also feeling very angry/agitated with this med. If you've had success with SSRI meds then I would recommend avoiding this drug.

Severe nausea, stomach cramps and diarrhea since day one on this drug. It does not help my depression at all and if anything makes me much more anxious. I took brand name Wellbutrin XL for a number of years with some help, very dissatisfied with generic.

I had been taking bupropion XL 150 mg for about 3 1/2 years. I hated having to take this medication with food because it made me feel nauseous; other than that, I never had experienced other side effects. I was instructed to take 300 mg a day when my doctor thought 150 mg was too small of a dose.
