I work nights and have trouble sleeping at times during the day. It really seems to help. I take the Walmart brand and am quite happy with the results

About 11 years ago I was diagnosed with hiatal hernia, acid reflux & "non-cardiac" chest pain and have had trouble sleeping ever since. I've recently developed chronic shoulder & back pain. I used to take a generic benadryl sleep aid but found that it caused an odd heaviness in my legs. I take the Walmart brand Doxylamine Succinate 25 mg and it knocks me out. It seems I bu ... I have been taking this for about 4 years, I am retired and single and stay up late and like to sleep late. It works great for me, only take one half pill and sleep for 8 to 9 hours. Always feel great next morning, love it.

It seems to build up in the system so that daily use produces progressively increasing daytime sleepiness. I cannot use it everyday.
