am having trouble sleeping after 1 week one it. i go to sleep then wake up either all through the nite or can't get back to sleep. i am on high blood pressure medicine & have gone 2 weeks w/o drinking on my weekends off.

I had taken 100 mg of Wellbutrin SR for about two months. For awhile it seemed to be working really well, but whether due to a placebo effect or the current stress in my life, it stopped working and my severe depression returned. My doctor increased my dose to 200 mg in two divided doses. I'm still waiting for it to kick in (it's only been 3 days.) I have had no side effects on either dose--unless ... Show Full Comment

I have been on the generic brand off and on for years for seasonal depression. I have tried celexa,effexor,zoloft, cymbalta and nothing has worked as well as this. I beieve it is truely what works best for the individual. The only side effect I have is decreased libido which is a big one.....but I'm happy,less moody, and have more energy.

i like the fact that you have a lost of appitate but the headach the dry mouth the lack of sleep how long does this effects last???

I Started Wellbutrin SR 100mgs about a month ago at first I was up and down, so my doctor put me on 150mgs twice a day, then that was to much I was always dizzy. so now I am going back to 100mgs twice a day and we'll see what happens. I do like this med I am losing weight and I feel alot better. I even cut down on my smoking.
