the dosage is only .075 mg. Possibly it needs to be increased. I have taken it now for 2 months and do not feel any difference at all. I have also gained 5 lbs since being on the medication.

After taking this med for 1 mo my Dr ordered a blood test and my levels were back to normal. My instructions for taking the pill is to take it on an empty stomach with a full glass of water and don't eat for at least 30 minutes. So far, great results!

I see sbsolutely no difference after taking this product. My temperature is always low - 96.0 - 96.6. I cannot get the iodine product I want from my doctor.

p.s. i take mine with breakfast everyday. you have to watch what you eat though b/c taking any drug with certain foods can interfere with your body's take-up of the drug. also, certain vitamins and such can interfere with take-up of the drug so you should avoid taking vitamins for 1-2 hours before or after you take this drug.

I have only been taking this medication for a week. I have lost 5 pounds and since taking it i am able to use the bathroom regularly. the only problem i have is taking it every day at the same time every day on an empty stomach. i am hopeful:)
