There are some annoying side effects with Chantix, i.e. the nausea, however, it worked so well to help quit smoking that it was worth the side effects. It left no desire whatsoever to smoke again.

I have just started my second week (1 mg dosage), but still have cravings for cigarettes. I have been sick, but easily cured if you eat beforehand. I have only had one wild dream so far. I hope that cravings begin to subside soon!

side effects were unbearable. Vomiting and excruciating muscle/joint pain were intolerable. Stopped med, but was still crippled for 5 days until med out of system. Could only take med 5 days. Quit cold turkey instead.
