I just couldn't completely stop, I really enjoy smoking. I thought Chantix would work and could afford it. I have quit, but due to the cost of this pill and getting nauseated each time, I ... I smoked for the first 3 or 4 weeks and gradually withdrew. I smoked one pack a-day. I went to 10 cigarettes, then 5 then 3 then 1 then o. I was a non-smoker after 11 weeks of use. It has now been Over one year and I have not smoked another cigarette. No side-effects just normal withdrawal symptoms but not as bad. Chantix helped to curve my withdrawal symptoms

Chantix was very helpful in helping me quit smoking. I smoked 1 cigarette on my quit day and nothing after that. I have been on Chantix for a little over 2 weeks and quit smoking a week and 1 day ago. I stopped taking my Chantix yesterday because it makes me feel extremely tired (sleepy) and depressed. If you're not ready to quit smoking, I wouldn't bother with Chantix. It helps (a lot!) ... Show Full Comment
