The first couple of days I felt a little dizzy at work, but went away quickly. I did experience strange dreams. (when I WAS able to sleep) The biggest side effect for me was the sleeplessness. At first I was taking the medication right before bed. I would lay and toss & turn all night long. Comment:
I have seen my viral load drop to being undetectable, and my CD4 is continuing to climb. Only comment would be to ensure it isn't taken with a fatty meal, this has lead to some 'dizziness', otherwise I have had no side effects.

I have been on this medication for 18 months I had a very low count to start and my Doctor put me on Atripla as a prcaution. Now Undetectable and very healthy this is the best medication I believe for HIV.

I have been on this drug for about a year now. In that year my viral load has gone from 147,000 to undetectable and cd4 from 14 to 550.

started a year ago, viral load from 120,000 down to underectable and cd4 count increased from 130 to 535!
