I experienced horrible side effects with confusion, memory loss, abdominal pain, back pain, speech impairment, nausea and reflux. I became so confused and unsteady, I could not drive or even make dinner. The side effects were intolerable for me. I took it for eight (8) weeks. No relief.

Maybe that's why I have not had the side effects so many others have experienced. No one HAS to take 100 mg a day if less works for them. Don't be afraid to try a lesser dosage because it really can make a huge difference in your qual ... Show Full Comment
