    I'm on my 3rd cycle into the 2nd month (Been on it almost a year). At first, I had my early bleeding/period but my doctor recommended I stop for a week to have my period 1 week into the third month. I have not yet actually gone the full 3 months without starting my period early. This birth control also messes with my hormones and makes me very irratable, sometimes depressed.     This pill was working just fine, until the 2nd pill in the 2nd month...then I started spotting and thought it would go away gradually...but low and behold I was wrong. I haven't had any other issues with this birth control...but I am 3 weeks into a period that not only contnuous...but increased into heavy after aout 4-5 days.     5 women in my area have had strokes due to taking this drug! BEWARE!!! One of the girls was only 19!!!!!!!!

    So far so good with Quasense until I now. I'm near the end of the third pill pack and I've had bad spotting for the last week and a half on the pills. I'm hoping its just the three month adjustment time and that once I start a new pack this bad spotting will stop. I did ask for the name brand Seasonale instead when I get a refill next week.
